This level offers hardwood floors in the open living area consisting of the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen features Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The breakfast bar has seating for 4, and the dining room seats 8. The living room features an entertainment center with a stereo and 27" television and VCR, a large rock fireplace and spectacular views.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a private gas fireplace with the adjoining master bath that includes a jacuzzi bathtub, a steam shower, double vanity and custom tile work. The second bedroom with a queen bed also has a private full bath.
Downstairs takes you to another living room that has another rock fireplace, another entertainment center with 27" television and VCR, a game table and a queen sofabed. The other 2 bedrooms on this level enjoy their own private full bath, and separate outside exits to the deck and rock path leading to the outdoor Jacuzzi. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 sets of trundle beds.
The dry sauna can be found by the downstairs living room. There is a mud room entry area with available storage space for ski equipment and clothing.
