Not only can you stay in an incredible accommodation, but you are also just minutes to the slopes with easy access to the Granite Ridge surface lift. A groomed trail makes the Catamount House ski-in accessible.
The first floor has a large full bath with a steam shower located in the immediate hallway. The first two bedrooms each with a set of bunk beds+a twin and a second full bath are also on this level and are conveniently located near a well equipped game room complete with a media center with a 35” television/VCR and stereo, air hockey, foosball and bubble hockey tables. The 3rd bedroom (twins or king) is located on the other side of the media room.
The living room provides wooded mountain views in both directions. Beautiful log trusses and a cathedral ceiling combined with extraordinary furnishings make this room a joy to spend time in. A small game table offers the relaxation of chess or checkers after your big hike or ski day. A Color TV/VCR & stereo system are all available here. A floor to ceiling, double sided, river rock fireplace separates the living room from the dining room. The dining table seats 10, and is adjacent to a cozy sunroom as well as the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped including a 5 burner, gas cook top, Sub Zero refrigerator, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The back deck from the kitchen includes the private hot tub and gas barbecue grill with dramatic mountain views.
The fourth bedroom acts as a junior master suite with a king bed and en suite bath. The master suite offers a king bed, en suite bath, 25” color television and private deck space is just beyond the kitchen and close to the 2nd stairway leading down to the garage entryway. A large laundry room located on this level is available for guest convenience.
